What's for dinner??

If there is one thing I hate about Sunday night/ Monday morning, it's planning meals and making a grocery list for the week. I have completely run out of food ideas (and Adam is no help- he eats anything and has almost no opinion). So please help me! What are you making this week? Thanks!

I am making cream of broccoli soup. Also a ground turkey enchilada bake (ingredients of enchiladas but layered like a lasagna so it is easier to prep), and spaghetti (boring). Salad to go along with all and those three should be good enough for most of the week and lunches!! You??

buy salmon, cut it into 2 pieces, stick it on foil, add a little butter, lemon juice and spices, and then wrap it up like a little pouch. (so you have 2 pouches). Then grill it. dont have to do anything, takes 10-15 minutes to grill. box sides mmm the height of my cooking.

Wish my husband would eat just anything... A good 'cool weather' recipe (although OUR cool weather is much cooler than yours now!) is chicken & dumplings & it's easy! Dump one big can of chicken stock in pot and add about 2.5c egg noodles & at least one big chicken breast cut up. Here's where you'd add your veggies but my husband doesn't eat them, so we go without. Cook according to noodle directions. Meanwhile make up dumplings from bisquick per recipe on box. Plop in when noodles done and follow dumpling cooking directions. We season with garlic pepper, but you could add whatever seasonings you like. This usually makes enough for at least one dinner and a couple lunches.
